Tuohi is focused on technology companies in the information, communication and electronics industries.

Vesa has 11 years of private equity and venture capital experience at CapMan running the technology team. In addition, he has an industrial background spanning companies such as HP, Sun Microsystems, Nokia and Tahoe Networks. He has a number of exits to international buyers to his name, such as Ericsson, IBM, Broadsoft, Netscout, ON2, Wall Street Systems, etc. Vesa has also done M&A, including asset disposals, for portfolio companies such as Accanto Systems, Distocraft, Global Intelligence Alliance, Hantro, Movial Applications, IT2 Treasury, Profit Software, Solid, Symbio, Secgo Software, and Tieturi.

Pekka is a serial entrepreneur who has been
growing software and technology companies
for three decades. After a successful exit with
Distocraft in 2006, Pekka has been advising a
number of technology companies, like Fastrax
and Accanto Systems. He has been involved
with a number of m&a transactions and has experience with the seller side, the buyer side
and also raising capital. The Finnish Software
Entrepreneurs Association has counted Pekka
among its members for over 20 years, and he
has been its Chairman for 6 of those years.
